SESI is a whole foods distributer that uses non-plastic packaging and makes its own line of detergents and cleaning liquids that can be refilled around Oxford. They are based in Littlemore, 3 miles from the city centre.

Their story

We are a social enterprise based in Oxfordshire, which supplies whole foods, sustainable detergents and refill stations to help people reduce their packaging waste and the need to recycle, with the aim of promoting a circular economy.

Since becoming established in 2006, we, with the help of our partners and customers, have refilled more than 100,000 plastic bottles. As a social enterprise, we re-inject funds into broadening our product list and branching out to create new partnerships and Refill Stations. Our focus is not profit, it’s to do good.

We’re proud to have developed products that are:
– Vegan
– Biodegradable
– Manufactured for SESI by independent family firm in the UK

We have designed our dispensers to be easy to use and to prevent waste and mess. We support some great initiatives who help build our dispensers using reclaimed materials where possible: Bicester Green, Restore Charity and Roots And Cycles.
