The newest “Superfood” and created in the UK, these beauties are also called Kale sprouts. Steam them until the colour is bright and intense, or stir-fry with a little butter. OR, roast them – nutty and easy!

What you need

• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 1 bag kale sprouts
• 1 tsp rock salt

What to do

Preheat the oven to 200C. Rinse the Flowers and dry well

Melt the coconut oil and mix with the sprouts in a bowl and then add the salt

Cook for 20mins or so (turning them so they cook evenly) until they start to turn brown and get crispy

Once almost done turn up the oven to 280C or place under the grill for about 3-5 mins
Enjoy immediately 
